Provided exclusive data from Chicago-based research firm Technomic, Restaurant Management reviewed the sales and unit figures of the top 10 restaurant brands in the midscale, casual, and fine-dining categories from 2009 and 2010. The results show the proverbial mixed bag, as some leading restaurant brands accelerated into the new decade, while others continue working to shake off the recession’s lingering effects.
