CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGP) announced Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire LoopNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOOP), the leading online commercial real estate marketplace, in a transaction valued at approximately $860 million.

Denver Business Journal | Ikea to open first Colo. store in July
Ikea said Tuesday it will open its first Colorado store sooner than originally planned.
The retailer initially expected to open the Centennial store in the fall, but now has set July 27 as the opening date.

Goodwill Industries of Denver has leased a 94,133 square-foot building at 3155 S. Platte River Drive in Englewood and plans to make it a storage warehouse and possible outlet store site, according to a spokeswoman.
