Boulder Daily Camera | Café, studios, offices to fill long-vacant Broadway building in Boulder

Two local businessmen have leased the long-vacant building off Broadway and Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder with plans to “resurrect” the historic creekside property to serve local “makers, entrepreneurs and thinkers.”

Richard Moser leased 1724 Broadway — which has a street address of 1718 Broadway — and partnered with Christian M. Macy to establish “Broadwalk on the Creek,” a building that will house a café and a mini-theater for music, lectures and art shows, plus co-working areas and office spaces.
